We use third-party payment processors to handle payments made through the Sonic Mobility App. When you make a payment to charge your wallet or rent a scooter, you will be required to provide certain payment information, such as your credit or debit card details. Payments made through the app are used to add funds to your in-app wallet or to rent electric scooters. Once funds are added to your wallet, they can be used to pay for scooter rental time and other services available within the app.
Please note that all payments are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for wallet top-ups or scooter rental transactions. Users are encouraged to review their charges carefully before confirming any transaction in the app.
